Most site clients take Lead, which bundles Host with the running of Lead Rescue for $900 a month instead of $1,050 bought separately. The $1,250 Lead Rescue install is one-time.

The fine print, in plain words.
What counts as an edit?
Anything that takes under the hour block: new photos, a price change, a new service section, a seasonal banner, a new team member. Bigger things like a new page set or a new integration get a small fixed quote.
Can I switch tiers?
Any month, within what you have. A site client moves between Host and Lead. A build client moves up Run and Evolve as systems are added. A site I did not build cannot go on Lead until it has been rebuilt.
What's the minimum term?
Host and Lead: three months from launch, then month to month with thirty days notice. The first three months after a launch are when the edits pile up, and the plan covers them. Run and Evolve: a six-month first term, then month to month with sixty days notice, because handing a running platform back takes longer than a site. Billed monthly on auto-pay, never up front.
What if I don't use my hours?
They don't roll over, but the quarterly check and the monitoring happen whether you ask or not. The plan exists so the site never goes stale, not to bank hours.
Do I have to be a rebuild client?
For Host and Lead, yes. They cover sites I built or rebuilt, because I only stand behind code I know. If you have a site I didn't build, the full audit comes first, then a fixed-price fix or a rebuild, and the plan starts at launch.
What does Run and Evolve add that a Care Plan doesn't?
A Care Plan keeps a site up and edited. Run and Evolve keeps an agent, a module or a platform working and getting better: every run watched, failures fixed, prompts tuned, one improvement shipped a month, and a report that shows it. It replaces the separate run fee a Platform Build used to carry.
Do I own what's on the plan?
Your data, your configuration and everything the system produces are yours, with a perpetual licence to your instance. The engines behind the products and builds are mine, which is what lets me run and improve them every month. Lead Rescue is run for the fee, not sold; stop paying and it switches off, and your tools keep working without it.
