One identity. One path.
Eunoia is a fractional operations leadership practice for owner-operators. Every engagement opens with a free fit call and a Day-1 measurement. From there you start where it hurts — a single guaranteed fix, or full operational leadership. I build what the work calls for, and some clients keep me on to run it.
Measured Day 1 to Day 30 — the single number the 10-Hour Guarantee is built around.
Fractional Operations Leadership capacity is capped at three clients. Depth over volume — by design.
Every system I build is documented, trained, and handed off. The work outlasts the engagement — by design.
Lead Rescue
The fastest way to stop losing money: plug the leaks at the front of your funnel. Every inbound lead — web form, phone, ads, referrals — lands in one place, gets an automatic reply in minutes, and runs a follow-up cadence that doesn't stop until they answer. Every quote you've sent gets the same treatment. Two weeks, fixed scope, nothing falls through the cracks again.
- Every lead source captured into one pipeline (web, phone, ads, referrals)
- Automatic reply to every new lead in under 5 minutes
- Follow-up cadence that runs until the lead responds
- Quote follow-up sequence so no sent quote goes cold
- One simple board showing every open lead and quote
- Runbook + team training — your crew runs it without me
The guarantee: every new lead answered in under 5 minutes, or I keep tuning it free.
NOTHING FALLS THROUGH THE CRACKS
The 10-Hour Guarantee
One constraint. One fix. One measured result. For owner-operators in trades, construction, and property management. I measure your week on Day 1, build the automation that targets your biggest time-sink, and re-measure on Day 30. Get 10 hours of your week back — or I keep building free until we do. Fractional operations leadership, productized: fixed fee, no retainer.
- Day-1 measurement of where your hours actually go
- One constraint chosen — your highest-leverage time-sink
- Production automation built to remove it (not a pilot)
- Full runbook and team training — your team runs it without me
- Day-30 re-measure against the Day-1 baseline
- The guarantee: 10 hours back, or I keep building free until we hit it
ONE CONSTRAINT · ONE FIX · ONE MEASURED RESULT
Fractional Operations Leadership.
Ongoing operational leadership for owner-operators — from someone who has actually run the shop. I spent twelve years inside construction and operations businesses: field crew, estimator, operations manager, general manager. Now I do for your business what a full-time operations leader would — fractionally, with a monthly scorecard so you see exactly what's moving.
The problem this solves: your business runs on you. Handoffs break when you're not watching. Follow-up slips. Nobody owns the numbers. Every month, missed opportunity quietly walks out the door — and you're too deep in the day-to-day to fix the machine while operating it.
- Your operational improvement roadmap — built from the Day-1 measurement and the first 30 days inside your operation, re-prioritized as the business moves. I own it; you approve it.
- A weekly 60-minute operating session — decisions, blockers, priorities. Run like an ops meeting, not a coaching call.
- A monthly scorecard — hours recovered, dollars recovered, systems shipped, what's next. You see exactly what the retainer returned.
- Direction of all build work — I write the specs, manage the builds, and make sure your team actually adopts what gets shipped. Retainer clients get priority Build & Implement capacity and preferred project pricing.
- Async access between sessions — when something breaks Tuesday, you don't wait for Friday.
- Quarterly operating review — what worked, what didn't, where the next quarter's leverage is.
Currently accepting applications · every engagement opens with a free fit call and a Day-1 measurement.
Add up one month of missed follow-ups, re-done work, and jobs that slipped because nobody owned the handoff. For most $1M–$20M owner-operators, that number is a multiple of this retainer. The fit call and the first month will put a real figure on it.
Build & Implement.
The build engine. I build what the Guarantee targets and what the Fractional Operations Leadership roadmap calls for next — production automations, integrations, and the occasional web/search infrastructure rebuild. Scope and pricing confirmed after your Day-1 measurement.

Questions we get a lot.
Where do I start?
A free 20-minute fit call. If we're a match, we pick the rung that fits — Lead Rescue if you're losing leads and quotes, the 10-Hour Guarantee if your week is the problem. No paid audit, no homework.
Who is a good fit for Eunoia?
Founder-led businesses doing $1M–$20M in revenue who feel like they're working harder than the growth they're getting. If you sense there are specific constraints but can't name them precisely, start with a free fit call and we'll find out in 20 minutes.
What's the difference between Lead Rescue and the 10-Hour Guarantee?
Lead Rescue fixes one thing — the leaks at the front of your funnel — in two weeks for a fixed $2,500. The Guarantee is broader: I find whatever is eating your week, build the fix, and guarantee 10 hours back. Lost revenue → Lead Rescue. Lost time → the Guarantee.
What's the difference between Build & Implement and Fractional Operations Leadership?
Build & Implement is project-based — we scope it, build it, hand it off, you run it. Fractional Operations Leadership is the ongoing retainer — I own the improvement roadmap, run the weekly cadence, direct the builds, and report on the numbers every month. Projects buy you a system. The retainer buys you an operator.
Do I need Fractional Operations Leadership or just a project?
If one specific bottleneck is killing you, the 10-Hour Guarantee or a scoped build will fix it. If the whole operation feels like it depends on you personally — handoffs break, follow-up slips, nobody owns the numbers — that's a leadership gap, not a tooling gap. That's the retainer.
Why is Fractional Operations Leadership capped at three clients?
Because it's real operational leadership, not a newsletter with a Zoom call. Owning three companies' improvement roadmaps is the honest maximum for one senior operator. When seats are full, the waitlist is real.
Do you work outside of British Columbia?
Yes. We're based in Lake Country, BC and work with clients across Canada and North America. Most engagements are remote-first with on-site visits when they matter.
How technical does our team need to be?
Not at all. We translate between the business and the technology. We write the specs, build the systems, and train your team. Your job is to know the business and commit to the change.
What tools and platforms do you work with?
We build on Claude, OpenAI, n8n, Make, Zapier, Next.js, Supabase, HubSpot, and custom code — but we know most businesses run on a centralized stack. We work where you already are: Microsoft 365 and Teams, Google Workspace, shared drives, and the tools your team actually opens every day. The right tool is the one your team will actually use.
Start by getting your week back.
A free 20-minute fit call. No pitch. If we're a match, I measure Day 1 and we start.
